I love GQ Magazine, not just because I get to see all sorts of nice clothing (read: clothing I’ll never be able to afford) but because they’ve got legit articles.

The June ‘07 edition has a great article about a chef that travels around the country hosting meals in all sorts of settings (on farms, in fields, etc). Meals cost $150 per person…and if I was already fully employed I would probably try to make it to his September 2nd meal in Chicago. Maybe next year.

First t-ball practice of the year was today. Most of the kids showed up and we had a great practice. Kids enjoyed running around the bases more than I would have expected. The parents seemed to like the idea of us wearing out their kids also

Had an interview with the varsity basketball coach at Hickman yesterday evening during the boy’s open gym. Things sounded good…we’ll see what happens.
